PITCHER
Eduardo Rodriguez, BOS vs. TOR ($44): With Stephen Strasburg working an early game, there aren't many pitchers I like Monday night. Rodriguez hasn't pitched in the majors since June 1, but was solid in his Triple-A appearance last week and should be good to go against the Blue Jays. Prior to the start that sent him to the DL, Rodriguez won three straight and made it at least six innings in seven outings. Toronto is average against lefties with a 21.5 percent K rate and .315 wOBA. With no one else standing out, I'm willing to spend a little more on Rodriguez, who at least was consistent before his injury.
Adam Wainwright, STL at NYM ($36): The Mets have good numbers against righties, but Wainwright carved them up in his last start, striking out seven and allowing one run in 6.2 innings. He has 23 strikeouts in his last three starts, all of them wins over above average teams against righties. I'll bet on Wainwright's success to continue in his first outing after the break.

CATCHER
Yan Gomes, CLE at SF ($8): This is a perfect cheap catcher situation as Gomes is much better against lefties with a .383 wOBA and .267 ISO. Adding to that, Matt Moore has been all over the place, giving up five runs or more in three of his last five starts. The last start he didn't allow five runs in, he gave up one run yet still had six walks. Moore has better numbers against righties, but a 5.03 xFIP is still bad.
FIRST BASE
Trey Mancini, BAL vs. TEX ($17): Mancini has thrived in righty-righty matchups this season with a .402 wOBA and .246 ISO. Plus, his 25.4 percent K rate shouldn't be a huge factor as Andrew Cashner isn't a big strikeout guy with just a 12.4 percent K rate against righties to go with a 4.63 xFIP.
SECOND BASE
Joe Panik, SF vs. CLE ($16): Panik has fit the mold of cheap, yet serviceable second baseman all season. He's slightly better against righties with a .326 wOBA and low 10.6 percent K rate. Josh Tomlin is still working things out with his only quality start in his last six outings being against the Padres. Going along with that, he's allowed at least three runs and seven hits in those non-quality starts.
THIRD BASE
Adrian Beltre, TEX at BAL ($20): There are a lot of ways to go at third base with a number of favorable matchups, but Beltre can save you a few bucks and still get the same kind of production. The veteran is smoking righties as usual with a .393 wOBA and .291 ISO this season. Chris Tillman ($25) is the cheapest pitcher of the day for a reason, having allowed at least four runs in four of his last five starts. Against righties, he's allowing a .410 wOBA and 4.86 xFIP.
SHORTSTOP
J.T. Riddle, MIA vs. PHI ($9): This is a good enough matchup to go with a cheaper option. Riddle is better against righties with a .286 wOBA, but more importantly this is a play against Jerad Eickhoff, who still allows a .378 wOBA and 5.41 xFIP against lefties despite recent success.
OUTFIELD
Odubel Herrera, PHI at MIA ($13): This is simply a case of wanting to get at least one batter in against a struggling pitcher. Tom Koehler has allowed a .483 wOBA and 8.36 xFIP to lefties in 16.1 innings. He's had negative fantasy points in two of his last three starts and faces Herrera, who has been much better with a .403 wOBA and .244 ISO against righties since the beginning of June.
Raimel Tapia, COL vs. SD ($15): With a righty on the mound, Tapia should return to the lineup after sitting Sunday. At home, Tapia has been great with a .542 wOBA and .281 ISO. To go with that, Luis Perdomo hasn't figured out lefties with a .392 wOBA allowed, 5.10 xFIP and much smaller 11.7 percent K rate against them.
Jabari Blash, SD at COL ($10): If you need to save money, look no further than Blash in the outfield, who will continue starting while teammates are hurt. Blash has a couple of nice games since getting called up and now visits Coors Field against German Marquez and his 5.18 xFIP at home against righties.
